Designed as the evolution of the trusted H/JIG/C, the AnyDoor system allows unlimited hinge positioning and compatibility with virtually any door size.

A fully-adjustable, modular routing jig designed to quickly and accurately recess square and 10mm radius hinges in timber doors & frames.

Accommodates both full-height (1981mm/2040mm) and custom smaller doors.

Improved modular design covers standard UK door sizes.
Expansion rails are available for doors larger than 2040mm (6’8”).

Modular Rail Construction

The AnyDoor Hinge Jig features a patented Modular Rail Construction that offers exceptional flexibility and adjustability for hinge installations. This unique design allows the jig to be adjusted from 600mm to 2040mm right out of the box, accommodating standard door sizes, including 6'6", 6'8".

One common issue with other hinge jigs is the limited space for hinge installation due to the placement of hinge aperture blocks and connection blocks on the same rail. However, the AnyDoor Hinge Jig's Modular Rail Construction eliminates this problem. By separating the hinge aperture blocks from the connection block on different rails, the jig provides ample space for installing hinges without any interference.

This innovation ensures that hinges can be installed smoothly and accurately across the entire range of door sizes without any limitations or restrictions caused by shared rails. It allows for precise positioning of hinge pockets along the door's height, resulting in consistent and professional hinge installations.

Twin-Rail System

The twin-rail system consists of two parallel rails, one dedicated to the hinge apertures and the other designed for connectors. This unique feature provides unlimited hinge positions within the rail, making it the perfect tool for both new door installations and replacement projects.
